This Competition is also subject to the following terms and conditions. You should make sure you read the terms and conditions below and on the link above because your participation constitutes your acceptance of such terms and conditions.
How it works.
- The KM Promotions Competition runs from 7am Friday 25th January 2008 to 12pm Monday 31st March 2008
- The Competition is run and managed by Influx Marketing Ltd. To enter the Competition, participants have to send a text to 63333 with the keyword KM MERSON. You can send in an entry for the Competition at any time during the Competition Period. Any entries received before or after this time will not be included in the competition
- All winning entries will be entered into a prize draw at the end of the Competition and one winner selected, who will then be notified. If the winner is un contactable or does not respond within two days, another winning entry will be randomly picked
- The text message must be actually received by us for the entry to be considered a valid answer
- You may only enter if you are 16 years or over. Any winners or contestants who cannot or do not, if requested, provide proof of age will be disqualified
Payment
- All entry Texts are charged at 50 pence in addition to your Standard Network Charge
- The total cost of your text may vary depending on the particular network used by you. Charges for entering the Competition will be added to the contestant’s available text charges if they are a pre-pay customer or will appear on the monthly statement if they are a pay monthly customer.
Prizes and General
- The prize for the Competition consists of 2 VIP tickets to a Dinner with Football Legends Neil “Razer Ruddock” and Paul Merson at the Devere Hotel in Swindon on the 8th April.
- The Winner will be announced via www.kmpromotions.co.uk on Monday, March 31st, 2008
- Prizes are subject to availability and may be subject to change at our discretion. A prize of a similar value will be awarded if any of the prizes are not available
- In all matters our decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into
- The winner will be contacted by the phone number that the winning text was sent from
- You may only enter this competition as an individual; entries that, in our absolute discretion, have been made via participation in a syndicate will be disqualified
- Any entries made, in our absolute discretion, via any form of machine assisted intervention enabling multiple entries will be disqualified
- Multiple entries getting the right answer will still only be entered into the draw once per mobile phone
- Refund will not be made if entries are disqualified under clauses 3.6 and 3.7
- Entrants may submit more than one entry; notwithstanding each entry will be subject to clause 3.8
- We reserve the right to withdraw any prize not claimed within 14 days following the winner being notified
- The Competition is to be advertised on www.kmpromotions.co.uk. Through advertising in various Boxing Magazines and Websites and via leaflet handouts and on Swindonweb.com
- By responding via Text you are agreeing to the use of your Mobile Number by the KM promotions and selected partners for special promotions

- All KM Promotions Mobile promotions are run and managed by Influx Marketing ltd in accordance with the strict guidelines laid down by PhonePayplus the UK's Mobile Communications Governing Body and are adhere to current Data Protection laws.
